About Me
Greetings everyone, I'm Shion! but some of you may also know me as Riri too.Yuki-Onna Shrine Maiden Vtuber who does casual-streaming on Twitch and Live2D Rigging & Animations during her breaks between her Shrine Maiden duties!
I am also in a group called Hyakki Yakou (百鬼夜行) which consists of other demons and spirits that stream, play games with us and have creative skills in their own way!
I started Live2D rigging Mid-2021 and debuted as a Vtuber on the 25th of Feburary afterwards.
Since then I have taken many Live2D commissions through friends and new clients and progressively improved me skills. Even now I am also improving my drawing skills and eventually open commissions for chibi models!If you are interested I have two commission websites, which is here and at Vgen!
COMMISSIONS

Live2D Riggers are the connections from V-Artist to your (the client) Vtuber model finalisation. It is important that the V-Artist has appropriately separated parts because part separation can make a big difference with how nice the model looks when moving. This is very crucial for us as some users may experience technical difficulties when tracking themselves.
Us, Live2D Riggers can modify, but can't change the major parts of the model pieces.Please read TOS before you request me the commission!

• あいうえお (aiueo) Mouth or Desired mouth rig, (IF you provide me the reference guide or explain to me with references.)
• Physics (Hair, accessories, Clothes, Eyes, etc.)
• Breathing
• 4 Expressions (Smiling / Frown / Angry / Surprised)★ Saika Chibi Models is a special case service where you have been recommended by Saika/Aolatte for me to rig your Saika Chibi model. The reason why is because her model has preset expressions included as a whole package, which exceeds the expression amount I usually provide for regular vtuber models. Thus I calculated the amount of the expressions and included them in the price.✧ Live2D Rigging have limitless option of rigging and what I've mentioned aren't the only options, so if you have other ideas, feel free to enquire it with me!✧ Price may vary based on the complexity(For the table below, any that has a ★ icon is about Saika Chibi Model Rigging)

• Payment instalments comes in 50 / 50 (Up-front payment & Final Delivery payment)
• Adjustments or requests can be discussed (ie. Animated scenes)

• Assets will not include art, this will be provided by you.

Option A = Already separated for Live2D (No extra charge)
Option B = The art isn't seperated, BUT you have recieved PERMISSION from the artist to let me do the CUTTING (the separation part) of the artwork. That also means, when Im cutting, I'll have to draw over some cut off parts so it won't look weird. (e.g. I cut off the hair and I will have to draw the head to make a bald head)
This is considered as an extra charge: depending on how the art is separated the price may vary. Starting price at $15 USD for a simple cutting
Terms of Service
Please read before you send me a commission!
GENERAL✦ Communication and further updates regarding the commission will be done via Twitter or Discord (preferably Discord)
✦ The commission will only start after the (partial) upfront payment. This will be discussed beforehand with the client.
✦ A rush fee will be charged for any tight deadlines.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission or request.
✦ An extra fee will be charged for complex designs. However, I am open to ideas or guides for your model.
✦ I reserve the right to showcase any commissioned work on my portfolio. This includes posting on my social media and using the commission for self-promotion unless stated otherwise. If you wish for the commission to be kept private then let me know beforehand!
✦ A fee will be charged for any major changes after the project is completed.
✦ Commercial use on streaming platforms is allowed. Please note a commercial fee is included in the final price.
✦ DO NOT reproduce or redistribute my works in any way. I reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
✦ In the case of graduation or no longer wanting the original work, the new owner MUST give full credit when used.
✦ Clients must give full credit when used. Using "@Shion_Riri" on Twitter will be fine.PAYMENT✦ All prices are in USD and must be paid through PayPal.
✦ Please make your payments according to the partial payments as discussed. DO NOT pay in a bulk without my consent/acknowledgment.REFUND AND CANCELLATION✦ A full refund will only be made if the commission has not started yet.
✦ If the provided design turns out to be heavily copied, the commission will be canceled.
✦ The refunded amount depends on how much work progress has been made on the 2nd stage of commission.
✦ A full refund is not possible after the commission is finished.
✦ Non-discussed chargebacks will be considered as chargeback scam. In this case I reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action to protect my freelance business.For Live2D Vtuber Model rigging
✦ If a cancellation is issued after I've finished adding meshes to the Live2D RIGGING commissions, you will have 2 options on the refund:
1. 50% of the 1st stage commission ($30) will be refunded.
2.If you wish to keep the Live2D meshes for your next Live2D rigger for convenience, the refund money will be cancelled, but instead, I will send the L2D file of the model + meshes (.cmo3 file).For OTHER rigging (Alert / Emote / Illustration / Assets)
✦ If a cancellation is issued during the commission progress, you will be refunded 50% of the up-front payment

FAQ
Q. When will Commissions be opened?
A. Please look at my work queue on TrelloQ. What types of commissions do you do?
A. I use Live2D to rig vtuber models and animate assets such as emotes and illsutrations (etc.)Q. Why this price?
A. I have taken consideration into my time I've spent learning to rig and comparing to other riggers skill level.Q. What is the difference between "Waist-up" and "Full Body" rigging?
A. The model art doesn't need to be only waist up, it can be a complete full body or waist up model!
✦ Waist up - Rigged from head to waist/hips (depending on design). Legs and feet will not move.
✦ Full Body - EVERYTHING is rigged.Q. Why is there "Waist-up" and "Full Body" rigging?
A. There are many reasons for some clients may choose the "waist -up" option, which can be something financial or just don't care because no one is going to see the lower half during stream.
While others may prefer it fully rigged from top to bottom.Q. How long will you take for each commissions?
A. I do some streaming on twitch + working part-time outside home, so approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
- 6 weeks at most when I'm really busy
- It's a very rough estimated time and depends on complexity, and assuming I don't get sickQ. What payment method?
A. I only use PayPalQ. It is possible to adjust the payment plan?
A. It is always possible to delay the phase of the payment for each commission. As long as the final payment hasn't been paid, no files will be delivered.Q: I noticed there is something wrong with the rigging but the commission has ended...
A: I will fix any rig bugs even after the commission work has officially ended. These fixes will be free of charge.
However large or additional changes will be a different case. Depending on what it is, charges may apply, but please don't be afraid to ask away!
