!! PLEASE TAKE NOTE !!
Live2D Riggers are the connections from V-Artist to your (the client) Vtuber model finalisation. It is important that the V-Artist has appropriately separated parts because part separation can make a big difference with how nice the model looks when moving. This is very crucial for us as some users may experience technical difficulties when tracking themselves.
Us, Live2D Riggers can modify, but can't change the major parts of the model pieces.

GENERAL
• I reserve the right to showcase any commissioned work on my portfolio. This includes posting on my social media and using the commission for self-promotion unless stated otherwise. If you wish for the commission to be kept private, then let me know beforehand!
• Commercial use on streaming platforms is allowed. Please note a commercial fee is included in the final price.
• If the provided design turns out to be heavily copied, NFT or AI-generated, the commission will be cancelled.PAYMENTS
• It will be [ Milestone Payment] of 3 installments. however through negotiation, can be increased to the max of 5
• A rush fee will be charged for any tight deadlines.
• An extra fee will be charged for complex designs. However, I am open to ideas or guides for your model.
• Commercial fee is included in the final price.REVISIONS
• Unlimited revisions
• However, some revisions/changes may not apply depending on the rigging phase I am up to, hence I will be sending as much as WIP images/videos to you via messages,DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Unfortunately, my commission services is not a Full-time, which I can't invest all my time into, but I will do my upmost best to finish it with my fastest pace while making my way around my outside work, personal life and well-being (like getting sick).
• Any delays on my end will be communicated as soon as possible. Rush orders will incur a fee of 25%-50% of model total depending on how soon the deadline is and where you are in the queue.
• The client must disclose any deadlines when inquiring for the commission. Deadlines cannot be hastened after the start of work.USE
• Commercial use on streaming platforms is allowed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• DO NOT reproduce or redistribute my works in any way. I reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
• DO NOT use it for AI training, or anything AI related.
• In the case of graduation or no longer wanting the original work, the new owner MUST give full credit when used.REFUNDS
• No refund during the process and after completion.
• A refund are only available up to: after you have secured and paid the partial payment of the commission. (waitlist not included)COMMUNICATION
After all details have been discussed, I will (probably) not contact you again until I am ready to start your rig:
• Communication regarding the commission will be done via Vgen or Discord if mutals, or your preferred contact method
• Please do not hesitate to contact me for changes or extra ideas. however those changes can only made at certain rigging phase and I will let you know when it's not possible to do so.
• I would love to hear your opinions as much as possible so you can be happy when the final product is completed.
• Please keep in mind that after the commission is finished, there is a likely chance of me contacting you again for when I'm in the making of a "VTuber Showcase" of your modelCREDITS
